Our Services

  • Grant Readiness Assessment

Comprehensive evaluation of organizational readiness for grant funding. The assessment examines organizational structure and legal compliance, governance, programs and impact, financial health, grant management capacity, communications, and fundraising practices through a detailed organizational questionnaire and strategy sessions with a principal consultant. Clients receive a detailed report with findings, practical recommendations, and prioritized next steps to strengthen grant competitiveness.

  • Grant Proposal Development

Preparation of funding requests ranging from letters of inquiry and letter proposals to complex, multi-component grant applications. Services include development of narratives that reflect the organization's mission, impact, and readiness, with budgets, budget narratives, letters of support, and other materials tailored to funder requirements.

  • Grant Research

Strategic identification and evaluation of funding opportunities based on the organization's mission, funding priorities, eligibility, and application timelines. Clients receive a curated portfolio of recommended grant funding opportunities, with each opportunity evaluated for strategic alignment, funding potential, and priority for pursuit.

  • Grant Management & Reporting

Strategic support to help organizations meet grant requirements, steward funding responsibly, and strengthen funder relationships. Services may include grant tracking, reporting guidance, compliance and documentation support, and coaching on communicating organizational impact through data, outcomes, and compelling narratives.

  • Strategic Grant Program Assessment

An in-person Strategy Day and comprehensive assessment designed to strengthen grant strategy, systems, and organizational capacity. The engagement examines grant history, workflows, staff roles, prospect research, funder relationships, and decision-making processes through collaborative sessions with key staff. Clients receive a comprehensive grant strategy with practical recommendations for workflows, staff roles, opportunity assessment, portfolio management, and relationship cultivation that establish a clear framework for future grant work.

  • Fractional Grant Consulting

Ongoing partnership that provides organizations with flexible access to grant strategy expertise as needs evolve. Support may include grant readiness assessments, funding research, proposal development, grant management and reporting, grant calendars, portfolio management, and coaching, with engagement structured around the organization's goals, capacity, and priorities.
